This ETF is different from traditional ETFs. Traditional ETFs tell the public what assets they hold each day. This ETF will not. This may create additional risks for your investment. For example:

 - You may have to pay more money to trade the ETF’s shares. This ETF will provide less information to traders, who tend to charge more for trades when they have less information.

 - The price you pay to buy ETF shares on an exchange may not match the value of the ETF’s portfolio. The same is true when you sell shares. These price differences may be greater for this ETF compared to other ETFs because it provides less information to traders.

 - These additional risks may be even greater in bad or uncertain market conditions.

 - The ETF will publish on its website each day a “Proxy Portfolio” designed to help trading in shares of the ETF. While the Proxy Portfolio includes some of the ETF’s holdings, it is not the ETF’s actual portfolio.

The differences between this ETF and other ETFs may also have advantages. By keeping certain information about the ETF secret, this ETF may face less risk that other traders can predict or copy its investment strategy. This may improve the ETF’s performance. If other traders are able to copy or predict the ETF’s investment strategy, however, this may hurt the ETF’s performance. For additional information regarding the unique attributes and risks of the ETF, see the Principal Risks section of the prospectus.

1 New accounts with a minimum investment amount of $50 are offered through the Thrivent Mutual Funds "automatic purchase plan." Otherwise, the minimum initial investment requirement is $2,000 for non-retirement accounts and $1,000 for IRA or tax-deferred accounts, minimum subsequent investment requirement is $50 for all account types. Account minimums for other options vary.

Thrivent ETFs may be purchased through your financial professional or brokerage platforms.

Contact your financial professional or brokerage firm to understand minimum investment amounts when purchasing a Thrivent ETF.

Strategy

The Fund has a long-term target allocation of 65% equity securities and 35% fixed income. The Fund’s asset allocation strategy starts with the construction of a model that sets the long-term target allocations for the broad asset classes of equity and fixed income. Next, the target weightings for sub-classes are determined. Equity sub-classes are often based on market capitalization (large, mid, and small), investment style (such as growth and value), and economic sector. Fixed income sub-classes may be based on maturity, duration, security type or credit rating. The Fund may invest in foreign securities, including emerging markets. The portfolio management team actively manages the Fund with overweight and underweight positions in the various sub-classes based on their views of the market and economy. Individual stocks and bonds are analyzed and selected on an ongoing basis. The Fund is regularly rebalanced to ensure that the holdings are within appropriate ranges.

Risk

The Fund’s value is influenced by a number of factors, including the performance of the broader market, the effectiveness of the Adviser’s allocation strategy, and risks specific to the Fund’s asset classes, market cap groups, investment styles, and issuers. Debt securities are subject to risks such as declining prices during periods of rising interest rates and credit risk, or the risk that an issuer may not pay its debt. The Adviser is also subject to actual or potential conflicts of interest. The use of derivatives (such as futures) involves additional risks and transaction costs. Foreign investments involve additional risks, such as currency fluctuations and political, economic and market instability, which may be magnified for investments in emerging markets. High yield securities are subject to increased credit risk as well as liquidity risk. The Adviser’s assessment of investments may prove incorrect, resulting in losses or poor performance. The Fund invests in other funds; therefore, the Fund is dependent upon the performance of the other funds and is subject to the risks, additional fees and expenses of the other funds. The use of quantitative investing techniques also involves risks. These and other risks are described in the prospectus.
