Which desktop and laptop browsers are supported? 

ThriventFunds.com works best with the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge. For the best experience, use the following browser settings: 

  • JavaScript enabled.  
  • Cookies enabled.  
  • Images enabled.  
  • Medium/normal text size setting.  
  • Minimum screen resolution setting of 1024x768.  

Other browsers and settings may work, but some features on ThriventFunds.com many not work properly. 

Which mobile browsers are supported?

Our mobile experience works best using the following browsers: 

  • Apple Safari on iOS 8 and newer.
  • Native browser only on Android 4.1 and newer. 

Which plug-ins or add-ons are recommended?

We recommend the following browser plug-ins/add-ons:  

  • Adobe Reader 11 or newer. 

Why can’t I view a PDF form?

Some PDF forms may not display correctly in certain browsers. To view all PDF forms on our site, Adobe Reader should be installed.

Can I bookmark My Portfolio or add it to my favorites?

You may bookmark your portfolio page, however, in order to protect your privacy, you must log in each time you want to access your accounts.  

Do I need to enable cookies?

If you have disabled cookies you will not be able to create an account on ThriventFunds.com or login to an existing account. You will be able to browse through the public areas of the website, however some site features may not function properly.
