Risk

This ETF is newly formed and has a limited operating history. Investments in debt securities are subject to interest rate, credit, and market risk. Mortgage-backed securities may also carry prepayment and extension risks. U.S. government bonds are generally considered lower risk but are still subject to interest rate risk where bond values may decline as interest rates rise. These and other risks are described in the prospectus.

Strategy

The portfolio management team seeks to add value through active sector allocation, security selection, and risk management in an effort to build a diversified portfolio of securitized investments. The team utilizes fundamental and other investment research techniques to identify attractive investment opportunities and determine which securities to buy and sell. The Adviser generally focuses on investment-grade securities but may also invest in below-investment-grade issues. The Fund may use U.S. Treasury securities and related futures contracts as part of its interest rate risk and duration management strategy.
